Getting a flat tire is an inevitable part of cycling. Fixing a flat is simple with basic tools, a little knowledge and plenty of practice. The more you do it, the more routine it will be.

In this clinic, We will provide a demonstration, and then you'll be able to practice changing your own tire, with help from others.

Also will go over items like lights and mirror recommendations and what to bring with you.

Bring:

Your front wheel & tire. If you can't get the wheel off then bring in your entire bike.
A set of tire levers (buy at a bike shop).

This clinic does not cover tubeless tires.

The open shelter is behind Penfield Town Hall. Drive down toward the amphitheater.

Club Picnic & Andrew Spiller Memorial Rides (August 15, 2026)

Join us for the annual RBC Picnic and Andrew Spiller Memorial Rides!

There will be 3 group rides of varying distances followed by a picnic. The club will provide soft drinks, water, hot dogs, rolls and condiments.

If you are coming for the picnic only, arrive anytime after noon to hang out and socialize. ***Grilling will start when most have returned from the rides.***

Bring a dish to pass, a lawn chair, alternative beverage if desired.

The 5 and 10 table will be set up. If you wish, you can bring jerseys or cycling gear to pass on to others free or at a low price.

RBC club jerseys will be available for purchase (remaining inventory only).

Ride details will be posted on Meetup.
