Mendon Ponds- Locust Lawn
When this 29 mile ride was originally drawn many years ago, the idea was to eat at Locust Lawn restaurant and watch the buffalo. Both are long gone now (fire destroyed the restaurant twice). The only place to get food now is a little bakery in Ionia (which closes early on weekends) just around the corner from the start point. Even though the restaurant is long gone, the riding is wonderful.
