Sunday Morning Downtown Tour

Someone had to be different and list the miles in kilometers. 27K should come out to somewhere around 17 miles. The map doesn't say where to start at Lake and Ridgeway (the drugstore would work), but from there is crosses the pedestrian bridge to head south down St Paul St before it crosses back over Driving Park to continue towards the city. After meandering around downtown and passing some cool sites (Susan B Anthony House, the preservation district, Corn Hill to name a few), it returns to the start via Lake Ave. Breakfast can be had at a number of locations in the city. Depending on when the ride is done, there could be magnolia and tulip blossoms on Oxford St or roses at Maplewood Park. Sunday mornings are a great time to cruise around downtown on a bike and not have to worry about traffic. About the only climb on this ride is to cross over the expressway on the pedestrian bridge.
