Apple Blossom Special
Run in mid May when the apple blossoms are in bloom, this metric century is a real winner. Traveling through major apple country, this ride has been around for a long time and is considered a "classic", one of those "we have to schedule this ride every year, just because we always have!" With multiple options, you can easily shorten it. Mostly flat, there are a few rolling hills well east of Monroe County. Food can be had in Sodus, otherwise there really isn't anything around unless you veer off the route, and even then there are not a lot of options.
