Cheshire Thin Air Ride

This 70 mile ride got it's name because when you are left gasping for breath from climb after climb, you really do think the air is thinner. There are ways to avoid some of the bigger hills, but even doing so, the route is far from flat. Just like the bigger climbs, most of the stores are found in the first half of the ride, so stock up at your last chance in Bristol Springs, but don't dally too long, or you will stiffen up for the climb to the park at the top of Gannett hill. Once you leave the park, there is still some climbing before you start with some more moderate to hilly climbs on the return route.
