Perinton Pedal
If you must have food on this 17 mile rolling hills ride, there is a store at the corner of Hogan and Ayrault Roads (about a mile into the ride!) and again at the corner of Wayneport Rd and Rt 31 (near the end). They have some really cool before and after pictures on the walls at the latter one. The terrain is mostly flat with some small hills and the traffic can be moderately heavy in some areas.
