Springwater Century
Believe it or not, just because the name sounds like it will be hilly because of where it goes, a closer look at the map shows this 99 mile ride is mostly moderate hills. We're not saying there aren't any hills, but there are no real monster climbs like you might expect. Any big hills you do encounter are downhills! Food stops can be found in Caledonia, Conesus, Springwater and Honeoye Falls. This would be a great ride to try as your first "non flat" century.
