Sweets and Cream Ride
Sorry, the "Sweets" isn't referring to the ice cream in this 29 mile ride, but rather the hill on Sweets Corners Road. Nor is the "Cream" referrring to the ice cream store that has since been replaced by a Subway, although it used to! Sweets could also be referring to the flat portions of the ride which is most of it. The only real climb on this ride is on Sweets Corners road. Taking the 23 mile cut won't get you away from the climb either. Riding the route in reverse would mean getting the climbs out of the way early in the ride rather than saving them to the end.
