Sauerkraut Saunter
August is when the cabbage is harvested for the sauerkraut festival. This 35 mile ride was originally intended to be run during the festival, although it may be a bit trafficky trying to get to and from the ride start then. The remainder of the ride is on low traffic roads on flat to rolling terrain. There are no services in Seneca Castle or Stanley. If you don't want to wait until you get back for sauerkraut, there is a store in Gorham. There is a 11 and 18 mile cut, both of which miss Gorham.
