This map shows rail trails all around Rochester and Monroe County abound. Some are connected, some have yet to be finished, you choose which one you want to do. Once they are all hooked together, you could go for miles on perfectly flat trails. Most, at some time pass through a town or two, so there is a chance for food, drink and rest.
