Seneca Cayuga Shuffle
Staying between two lakes, this 82 mile ride either follows the shoreline or rides the ridges, but is relatively flat. There is not much in this area so traffic is almost nonexistant, but so are the rest stops. Depending on when this ride is held, Sampson State Park and Taughannock State Park if you opt to go in, may or may not have concessions stands open, but there will be food available in Trumansburg. Some smaller stores in Valois and Interlaken may be open as well, but shouldn't be counted on. The ride can also be cut to 42 miles, but that misses what few rest stops there are.
