Mendon - Stony Brook Century
This ride starts out innocently enough with rolling hills, but as you near Dansville and head further south, the hills get bigger. Food stops in just the right places means you shouldn't bonk if you take advantage of them. Most of the roads are quiet country roads and many are roads we've done on other rides, so it is sort of like a patchwork of routes. Kind of like taking the best of several rides and putting them all together. As with most century rides, this one is longer.... 108 miles to be exact. Dick likes to call it the Century plus tax version.... wonder if we will have to add miles when they increase the state tax?
