Dansville - Angelica - Friendship
Since each town (and there are more than what is listed in the title) is in a different valley, there are a lot of ridges to get over on this 104 mile ride, which can be shortened to 56 or 80 miles. Cutting off some miles only omits a few of the hills, the ones that remain are still big. There are plenty of small stores which are conveniently spaced, so food is ample throughout. Most roads are sparsely traveled making for a pleasant scenic ride.
