Unlike fixed rollers, Inside Ride rollers "float" against a fixed base, which makes them easier to use than traditional rollers and makes the training more realistic. I purchased these prior to joining Midtown Athletic Club and unfortunagely haven't used them much.

These are like new, but at half the price. I have the original packaging and the plastic is still on the side rails (see picture of adjustable resistance control).
