This annual event takes place on June 11th from 9AM – 4PM at the Mendon Ponds Park Beach Area. The Expo is hosted by The Genesee Valley Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club. RBC will be one of many outdoor recreation organizations to participate in the Expo.
What's Involved?
Volunteers may choose to assist during the morning (8:30 - Noon), afternoon (Noon - 4), or for the entire day.
Brad Jensen is the leader for this event but he needs a handful of others to help out.
Volunteers can expect to receive a good deal of foot traffic throughout the Expo. Volunteers should feel comfortable sharing basic information about the club and it's activities, how to join the club, etc. and have basic familiarity with the printed materials on display.
